Be aware that in 2019 the Indiana General Assembly created the Office of Administrative Law Proceedings which created Administrative Law Judges with jurisdiction over agencies that impact us all daily—the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Department of Child Services, Department of Insurance, Indiana Department of Transportation, and the Indiana State Police—as well as the more esoteric—Indiana Gaming Commission and the Indiana Grain Buyers and Warehouse Licensing Agency.
