Setzer Howard had charges for Cocaine and Carrying a Handgun Without a License dismissed against him in Tippecanoe Superior Court II.

We are pleased to announce that Trevor Gaines was recently acquitted at jury trial in Tippecanoe Superior V on the charges of Intimidation. A Criminal Trespass case was then dismissed against Mr. Gaines in the same Court.


Kirk Freeman recently had a speeding ticket (62 in 50) against him dismissed in Marion County after the police officer admitted he could not have been speeding.

We are pleased to announce the pardon by Governor Mitch Daniels of our client, Carmet Foster, for Entering with the Intent to Commit a Felony, an offense committed in 1961 in White County, Indiana.


Moronic Law of the Month

Indiana Code 35-47-5-2:  It is a Class B misdemeanor for a person to manufacture, possess, display, offer, sell, lend, give away, or purchase any knife with a blade that:  (1) opens automatically; or (2) may be propelled; by hand pressure applied to a button, device containing gas, spring, or other device in the handle of the knife.
